Delicious kinds of rice vermicelli make a part of Vietnamese food

Hue - a city of the Central of Vietnam - is the former capital of the country. Besides luxurious and sophisticated food, Hue also has popular and extremely yummy ones like her beef noodle.

A bowl of beef noodle in Hue style needs to contain the well-cooked soup made from pork bone, ham hock, beef shank, brisket, beef tendon and some herbs such as ginger, lemongrass, and shrimp paste in order to get its own taste.

Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Provine is a city of the Central of Vietnam. This is a beautiful city and famous for her tasty fish cake noodle soup.

Cha ca (fish cake of fish paste) is made from fresh fish which is well kneaded, seasoned, molded into round shape then fried or steamed.

The soup is cooked from head of mackerel (or lizard fish or giant sword minnow) and a little of grilled onion. A bowl of Nha Trang fish cake noodle soup consists of rive vermicelli, sliced cha ca on top and green onion. You also have it with some herbs and chili.

This is a popular kind of food found in provinces and cities of the Western Vietnam. The soup of Bun Nuoc Leo is often cooked from snakeskin gourami sauce.  Snakeskin gourami sauce is boiled until people can take the bone out of the liquid. The main taste of the dish is of this kind of liquid.

The dish consists of rice vermicelli, soup, boiled snakehead, boiled shrimp and crispy roast pork and is served with herbs, lemon and chili.
