You can buy lady palm cylindrical glutinous rice cake at Duong Dong Market - the biggest market on Phu Quoc. The rice cake is wrapped in lady palm leaves. It has the color of jade, the filling has a little fatty and buttery taste

Bitter bolete only grows in the cajuput forest after the first rain and last about one month after the raiy season ends. This kind of mushroom grow much on Phu Quoc. People use bitter bolete to cook a lot of tasty dishes such as boiled chicken and mushroom soup, barracuda fish balls with mushroom. Do not miss this rare kind of mushroom!

Phu Quoc people consider sea urchin as a speciality worth to introduce to tourists and as an especially healthy food for men.
